Over the past year I’ve watched my child sessions increase significantly which inspired me to start providing mini-sessions throughout the year. In June I decided I wanted to do something that would be fun for kids but also create pretty photographs. I decided on a Camping Chic (i.e. glamping) theme. Thanks to the very creative minds of my friend Katie, my sister-in-law Jennifer, my best friend Autumn & myself we were able to put together an amazing set for the kids. The best part, it cost less than $250 and 90% of the items can be reused for future sessions… or I may just put the tent in my daughter’s room! The kids had so much fun, as you’ll see in the photos, and I only got a few slightly odd looks from my neighbors when I was building a lace tent.
Want to build your own tent? Head over to How Does She for instructions on how I made mine! (And I really mean how I bought the items and my husband built the tent.)
